Refund and Returns Policy
At TechShaf, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair resolution in the event that our services no longer align with your business needs.
Website Development:
- Clients may cancel their website development project within 2 days of signing the contract for a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs after 7 days but before the design phase is completed, a 50% refund will be granted.
- Once the refund is approved it will be deposited within 30 working days.
- No refunds will be provided once the development phase has commenced, as resources and time have been allocated to the project.
Digital Marketing:
- For digital marketing campaigns, clients must provide a 30-day notice for cancellation.
- If a campaign is cancelled within the first 15 days of its launch, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the unused portion of the campaign.
Branding Services:
- Branding services are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 5 days of the initial payment.
- After 5 days, if no substantial work has been completed, clients may receive a partial refund at the discretion of Techshaf Software Development.
General Terms:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@techshaf.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days upon approval of the request.
- Services purchased as part of a promotional offer or at a discounted rate are not eligible for refunds.
