2. Services

• TechShaf provides website development, IT services, SEO, digital marketing, and related solutions.

• Project timelines, deliverables, and costs will be mutually agreed upon before the commencement of work.

• Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Payments

• All fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.

• Advance payments, if applicable, are non-refundable.

• Services may be paused or terminated if payments are delayed or incomplete.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design and deliverables unless otherwise specified.

• TechShaf reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.

• All third-party tools, plugins, themes, or licenses used remain subject to their respective owners’ terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate information, content, and materials required for the project.

• The client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any content (text, images, videos, logos, etc.) provided.

• Delays in providing required inputs may impact project timelines.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TechShaf shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee specific results (such as traffic, leads, or sales) unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

8. Revisions and Support

• Minor revisions (as per the agreed package) will be provided during the development phase.

• Additional revisions or changes beyond the scope will be chargeable.

• Post-launch support, maintenance, or updates will be provided as per a separate agreement.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

• In case of termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

• TechShaf reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City, e.g., Kushalnagar / Karnataka].

11. Changes to Terms
