Digital Service Nature

Techshaf services covered by this policy are digital and professional services. They do not involve physical products or physical shipping. Delivery means the completion and release of agreed digital work, such as findings, a report or recommendations.

Google Maps Audit Lifecycle

A Google Maps Audit generally follows this sequence:

Order placed → payment confirmed → required information collected → audit begins → analysis and preparation → report ready → digital delivery.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Processing begins after the order is accepted, payment is confirmed where payment is required, and the information needed for the agreed scope is available. A payment confirmation is not necessarily a completed audit or a promise that analysis has already started.

Information Required from the Customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, relevant links, locations, objectives and any files reasonably needed for the purchased scope. Missing, inaccurate or late information can delay the start or completion of service work.

Processing and Turnaround

The applicable order or service offer may state an estimated turnaround. A standard Google Maps Audit turnaround has not yet been confirmed in the canonical project information and must be approved before publication. Any estimate is not a guarantee where customer information, third-party platforms or other dependencies cause delay.

Digital Delivery

Reports and other agreed deliverables may be made available through the customer's Techshaf account or dashboard when that functionality is available. External channels such as email or push notifications may notify a customer that an action or deliverable is available; the authoritative service and order interaction channel is intended to be the customer dashboard once it is operational. This policy does not claim that the dashboard is currently live.

Notifications and Contact Details

Customers must provide correct email, phone and account details and keep them current. A notification is a convenience and may be delayed or unavailable. Formal service instructions, approvals or changes should use the supported order or customer-dashboard channel when available, not an informal messaging channel such as WhatsApp.

Access Problems

If you cannot access a report or digital deliverable, contact Techshaf with your order reference and the account or email used for the purchase. We will review the access issue and provide an appropriate supported next step.

Delays and Third-Party Dependencies

Delivery can depend on customer responses, Google or other third-party platform availability, payment confirmation, security checks, service-provider availability and events outside reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material issues through a supported channel.

Scope and Implementation

A delivered Google Maps Audit contains analysis and recommendations within the purchased scope. It does not automatically include implementation, profile management, ongoing optimisation or guaranteed business outcomes unless expressly included in the order.
