Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to services purchased from Techshaf unless a separate written agreement or order expressly applies. By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and have authority to accept them for yourself or the business you represent.
Techshaf is the public-facing business name used on this website. The legal contracting entity, address and governing-law details must be confirmed before publication.
Techshaf Services
Techshaf provides technology, website, marketing, automation and related professional services described in an applicable service page, proposal, order or statement of work. The scope, deliverables, assumptions and price are those confirmed for the particular order.
Google Maps Audit
A Google Maps Audit is a digital professional service. Techshaf reviews information and signals relating to a business's Google Business Profile or Google Maps presence, within the purchased scope, and provides findings, observations, priorities and recommendations.
An audit is analysis and reporting. Implementation, ongoing optimisation, content production, profile management and other work are separate unless the applicable order expressly includes them.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current and sufficient information for the agreed service.
- Confirm that you are authorised to provide business information, files and access instructions.
- Review deliverables and raise questions through the supported service channel.
- Keep your own accounts, credentials and third-party platform access secure.
- Use recommendations lawfully and make final business, platform and implementation decisions.
Orders, Pricing, Taxes and Payments
An order is accepted when Techshaf confirms the scope and any required payment or other acceptance step is completed. Prices, taxes and payment requirements are those shown in the applicable order or service offer. Any applicable tax treatment and invoicing details should be confirmed for the production checkout.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. That provider may apply its own terms, verification and processing rules. Techshaf does not request or need your full payment credentials outside the provider's supported flow.
Commencement and Digital Deliverables
Service work may begin after payment is confirmed and the required information is received, unless the order states otherwise. Digital findings, reports or other deliverables are supplied through the delivery method described in the applicable order or Service Delivery Policy. A customer dashboard may become an authoritative service and order channel when that functionality is available; until then, the confirmed supported channel applies.
Google and Other Third-Party Platforms
Google is an independent third party. Google controls Google Maps, Google Business Profile, its policies, algorithms, availability and ranking systems. Techshaf does not control or guarantee changes made by Google or any other third-party platform.
No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
Professional observations and recommendations are not promises of a particular result. Techshaf does not guarantee a number-one ranking, ranking improvement, traffic, enquiries, sales, revenue, approval, visibility or any other business outcome. Results depend on factors outside Techshaf's control, including competition, customer behaviour, third-party platforms, market conditions and implementation decisions.
Intellectual Property and Customer Content
Each party retains rights it already owns. Techshaf retains rights in its methods, templates, tools, know-how and pre-existing materials. The customer retains rights in materials it provides and grants Techshaf the limited permission needed to perform the agreed service. Rights in a final deliverable are governed by the applicable order or written agreement.
You must not provide content that infringes another person's rights or violates law. You are responsible for having the permissions needed for customer-provided materials.
Acceptable Use and Suspension
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material or use a service for unlawful purposes. Techshaf may pause or refuse service where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse or inability to perform the agreed scope.
Cancellation, Refunds and Delivery
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable order. Digital service delivery is described in the Service Delivery Policy. If a confirmed order or written agreement contains a specific term, that term applies to the extent of any conflict.
Disclaimers and Limitations
The website and general information are provided for informational purposes and may change. To the extent permitted by law, Techshaf is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer information, third-party platform changes, events outside reasonable control or use of recommendations without appropriate review. Any limitation of liability must be reviewed and finalised by the owner and legal adviser before publication and must not remove non-excludable rights.
Changes to Services and Terms
Service descriptions may change as the business develops. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. The version applicable to an accepted order should be identified in the order or other customer record once that capability is implemented.
Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law, jurisdiction and dispute process have not yet been confirmed in the canonical project information. These provisions require owner and legal review before publication. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
